Welcome to our home, “Del Webb Naples” — if you don’t mind driving 30 miles past the beach, through the tomato fields, and into the middle of the Everglades. 🐊🌴 But hey, calling it Naples sure makes it sound like beachfront property — must help with the sales brochures! 😉

No, we’re not near Alligator Alcatraz… just a 55+ community tucked away in sunny Ave Maria, where the neighbors are friendly and the gators mostly stick to the golf course ponds. 🤷 🛺

This site is all about neighbors talking to neighbors. We don’t post names, we don’t keep emails, and we don’t pass judgment. Just good old-fashioned community conversation about how we can make our community (➡️ beach is 30 miles that way 🏖️) and Ave Maria even better than they already are.

So share your thoughts, questions, or ideas. Big or small, every voice matters. The more we talk, the stronger and more connected our community becomes. After all… who really knows best what’s going on here — management, or the people who actually live here every day? 😉
